Enhancement
Hanover Direct now has the capability to supply our Van, AS2 and FTP vendor with a customer packing slip plus shipping labels for our vendors who do Drop Ship Orders.
Modifications
This modification will allow you to enter the http://edi.hanoverdirect.com site and pull customers packing slips and shipping labels. Once entering the site you will enter the id and password that was supplied to you the by the EDI Coordinator.
This will bring up a list of Purchase Orders available for the Pack Slip/Shipping Label. By selecting the blue link order number, will display the pack slip.

By selecting the
printer icon 
on the internet Explore address bar will
print the packaging slip.
To view the shipping label, click on the link “here” at the bottom of pack slip.
The shipping label will display to print out. The “From” information will be
Vendor name and address. The “To” will automatically be populated with the
customers name on the pack slip.
To take advantage of this new function you will need to complete a short form to be sent to the EDI Administrator. Like above enter the Hanover Direct EDI website http://edi.hanoverdirect.com . Enter the id and password to take you to the Pack Slip survey. (You must contact the EDI Administrator to receive this security information.) Activate the login button.
This will pull up the Pack Slip/Shipping Label Form. Complete the form and activate the submit button. This will send an email to the EDI Administrator. You will be contacted within 3 working days to perform a small test before starting with production orders
